Whether you need to contact us before or after your loved one has passed, we are available 24/7 by phone (1-217-714-0664) or email. Arrangements are made in the comfort of your home or through our website.
After being notified, your loved one will be brought into our care as soon as possible.
Once your loved one is in our care, we register the death with the local officials. The speed of registration will vary based on the responsiveness of the physician and/or coroner. Certified copies of the death certificate are available at the county health department. Prices vary by county of death.
Following the completion of the death certificate and coroner’s permit to cremate, the cremation can begin. We give the utmost respect and reverence throughout this process.
Once the cremation process is complete, the cremains are hand delivered. Delivery beyond service area by the USPS is available for an additional fee.
We also offer an alternative cremation package that involves a flameless cremation process through Alkaline Hydrolysis. This is the most eco-friendly option available.
